Learning is empowerment. It is an activity that immerses us in self exploration and discovering the world around us. EGDEuP Minds is not a tutoring service. EDGEuP Minds is a learning community that supports students with the knowledge and support to build a lifelong practice centered around brain science. Our goal and purpose is to provide students with the tools and the habits that will enable them to set their own path for success. To work towards their passions and wants with confidence, self esteem, and healthy habits that go beyond an afterschool enrichment program to lifelong self motivated learning.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our programs are based on the practice advocated by Jim Kwik, Daniel Levitin and other research based practices to support human learning.
The learning facilitator and student ratio is a max of 1:3. We firmly believe that collaboration, community and connection builds learning pathways. A community of learners creates a support network, and engages students and learning facilitators with a real world context, outside the 1:1 siloed relationship of tutor and student.
After initial orientation and assessments the hourly sessions follow a framework that includes:
- 10 MINUTES OF PHYSICAL EXERTION
- PRACTICE LOGS AND SELF ANALYSIS
- CURRENT GOALS AND CHALLENGES REVIEW
- EXPLORING NEW PRACTICES TO BUILD BRAIN FUNCTION AND SUPPORT LEARNING
- GOAL SETTING & PLANNING

- FOUNDATIONS PACKAGE: 12 SESSIONS - $1200
- APPLICATIONS PACKAGE: 20 SESSIONS - $1800
- ELEVATE PACKAGE: 25 - $2125
