REGISTRATION

The Human Resource Management course for Early Childhood Educators is self-paced and consists of 5 Modules. Each Module will be worth 2 Professional Development Hours to put towards ECE License renewal, which will be a total of 10 hours. Each Module is designed to cover a different topic within the realm of Human Resource Management in the ECE field. There is no charge for this course. PDF downloadable slide note translations for each Module in this course are offered in the following languages:

• English
• Mandarin
• Korean
• Punjabi
• Tagalog

Once registered, you will start with Module 1 and complete it at your own pace. In order to move onto Module 2, you must first complete the Reflective Questions and

Survey for Module 1. You must receive a passing mark of 80% correct answers on the Reflective Questions in order to receive your Professional Development Certificate. Your Certificate will be emailed upon successful completion of each Module. You may complete the Reflective Questions as many times as you like in order to get a passing mark.
