FOUNDATIONS CERTIFICATE 


The Foundations Certificate introduces students to Academics EDGE purpose, philosophy, values, mindsets, framework, pedagogy, learning tools, program, systems and methodologies.


This is the prerequisite for all other certificate programs and is a minimum requirement for all team members at Academics’ Schools.


The Program & Curriculum 2122.1.0 Courses support a foundational understanding for all team members. 

PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT MODULE

(4 COURSES - 8 CREDITS) 


The People Engagement 100 Series covers:

  • Introduction to the APK People Functions & HRM
  • Workplace Rights & Legislation
  • Recruitment & Selection Process - The Other Side of the Table
  • Change & Change Management

ASSESSMENT

The course evaluations are consistent with the Academics EDGE evaluation policy. An evaluation rubric is presented at the beginning of the course. Courses are graded.
